Aims and mission

Lab-Las is a research group of the Department of Developmental Psychology and Socialization, at the University of Padova. It was established in April, 2008.

Lab-Las main research activity focuses on language development in typical and atypical populations (Down Syndrome, Autistic Syndrome, Specific Language Impairment). In particular, studies on the role of cognitive and linguistic skills in text comprehension. Moreover an innovative research interest concerns the linguistic acquisition of bilingual preschool children.

Lab-Las mission is to promote the scientific interaction between our members and with national and international colleagues who share similar interests.
